If not using customs:
Install all PKG files found on the G drive and boot up your game. Exports should show up.
Make sure to install the customs cache as that will cause setlist issues if not installed.

If you want customs:
Only add GHSH and GHVH (once released) to the cache with your customs and official DLC. 
Do not add GHM or GH5/BH exports to the customs cache. This will cause the setlist to crash once a song is selected.
