porting a RBN 1.0 song for RB3:

-if there exists an RB4 update, run the included script "portrbn_rb4.py"
-else, use the original mid, but replace the drums track with one from RBHP

-make sure the song has practice sections - if not, add them in yourself

-in songs.dta, replace "UGC_500XXXX" with an appropriate shortname "shortname_rbn"
-in the CON file, change file names from "UGC_500XXXX" with aforementioned appropriate shortname

-if RBHP harmonies exist, vet them for errors, and then bake them in the RB3DX ark
